📦 Shipping

We use FEDEX and UPS to ship our products. If you do not wish to use either of these shipping services, please leave a note at checkout.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages due to theft after delivery. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

We recommend purchasing optional Shipping Protection at checkout to help cover shipping-related losses. Please note that Shipping Protection does not cover theft after a package has been delivered.

Shipping to Western Australia

Due to high logistics and freight costs to the region, we are currently unable to offer free shipping for Western Australia. We use a tiered shipping structure based on the total order amount to ensure your delivery is handled reliably.

WA Standard Shipping Rates All orders are shipped via standard courier with a transit time of 3 to 5 business days.

Orders up to $111 AUD: $36 AUD shipping

Orders $111.01 – $223 AUD: $50 AUD shipping

Orders $223.01 – $279 AUD: $85 AUD shipping

Orders over $279 AUD: $112 AUD shipping

Why is there a shipping fee for WA? Shipping to Western Australia involves significant transit distances and specialized freight handling. Rather than raising our product prices across the board, we apply these specific rates to cover the actual cost of delivery to your area.
