Care & Installation Instructions

A little care will help keep your Magnetic Play Wall looking beautiful and performing at its best.

Before Installation — Important

• Make sure your wall is smooth, clean and completely dry.

• Clean the wall using water and a clean damp cloth only, then allow it to dry completely before installation.

• Do not use alcohol, chemical cleaners, surface sprays or other cleaning products before installation. These products may leave residue on the wall and prevent the adhesive from sticking properly.

• If your wall has been freshly painted, allow the paint to fully cure for at least 3–4 weeks before installation.

Cleaning Your Play Wall

• For everyday cleaning, wipe gently with a soft damp cloth or baby wipe.

• Dust-free chalk crayons can be wiped away with a damp cloth.

• Water-based markers can usually be removed with a damp cloth. Always test new drawing tools on a small area first.

• If your child accidentally uses regular crayons, colored pencils or other drawing tools, apply a small amount of baby oil to a soft cloth and gently wipe the marks away. Test on a small area first.

What to Avoid

• Avoid permanent markers, oil-based markers, harsh chemical cleaners and abrasive cleaning products.

• Do not use rough sponges or scrubbing tools that may damage the surface.

• Keep sharp objects away from the Play Wall to help prevent scratches or punctures.

Looking After the Adhesive

• Avoid repeatedly removing and repositioning the Play Wall, as this can gradually reduce the adhesive strength.

• When removing or repositioning, peel slowly and carefully rather than pulling quickly.

• Keep the adhesive side clean and free from dust whenever it is exposed.

Everyday Care

For the best experience, use dust-free chalk crayons and water-based markers suitable for your Play Wall. If your little artist uses something else by accident, clean the marks as soon as possible, as marks may become harder to remove over time.
